Named as one of the coolest neighbourhoods to live in the UK in a report published by The Times newspaper, it’s not surprising to see the popularity of CALA Homes (East) Waterfront Plaza in Leith, Edinburgh.

Working with CALA Homes for two years now and repeating the winning formula we helped create for The Crescent at Donaldson’s show-stopping interactive sales suite, it’s great to be working with them on Waterfront Plaza as early stage sales get off to a flying start. July saw the first release of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, colony apartments and duplexes.  The Home Styles Selector system we created for this multi-phased development allows home buyers to explore online across their search criteria before making a visit the show apartment with their shortlist of favourites.

As video viewing numbers continue to rise on YouTube and Vimeo, we’ve been busy lately creating development animations and marketing teaser short edits to help communicate the wider lifestyle, views and development layout on offer. Home buyers can then move on to explore in more detail using the online selector system to check availability, view home styles, interior layouts, specification and load more. The more they can see and understand, the more confident the feel.

One of the first briefs on Waterfront Plaza we were given was to produce a promotional video to capture the character and local amenities surrounding the site and interior layouts of the apartments. This has been used to great effect on CALA’s social media feeds and development web pages along with filter searches and image gallery showing house styles currently available for a more in depth understanding of this popular new waterside community in Leith.
